Chicken Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. rice, 2 c. water, 1 pkg. dried onion soup, margarine or butter and chicken (breasts, thighs, legs or wings, whatever part you like), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a 9 x 13-inch pan, spread rice and top with chicken. Sprinkle complete package of onion soup over top and add water. Put pats of butter on top.
Cover and bake at 375Β° for approximately 1 hour (or until chicken is done).
