Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in just 50 minutes. Made with (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) fryer, cooked and boned, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, c. chicken broth and (8 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Put cooked and cut up chicken in bottom of a 2 1/2-quart casserole.
Mix the soups with 2 cups of chicken broth and pour over chicken.
Mix herb stuffing with 1 cup of broth and pour on top of soups.
Cook for 30 to 40 minutes in a 350Β° oven.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
