Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 onion, 1 carrot, celery, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 stack ritz crackers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Boil chicken with diced onion, carrot and celery.
Let cool. Remove chicken from bones.
Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Mix 1 cup chicken broth, chicken soup and celery soup; pour over chicken.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Melt 1 stick of margarine. Crush the Ritz crackers; mix with margarine.
Sprinkle over chicken.
Bake at 350Β° until it begins to bubble.
