Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 lb. chicken, 1 c. celery, 2 cans cream of chicken or cream of celery soup (or one of each), 1 can chicken broth (use stock from chicken) and 1 c. mayo (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook chicken, cool, debone and cut into small pieces.
Combine all ingredients and sprinkle remaining stuffing over top. Sprinkle with paprika.
