Chicken Casserole Supreme
Chicken Casserole Supreme is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 whole chicken breasts, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/4 lb. butter, melted, 8 oz. pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix and 16 oz. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Stew chicken breasts, adding celery, onion, salt and pepper, if desired, until meat falls off bones.
Cube meat and mix with sour cream and soup.
Put mixture in a 2-quart casserole dish. Mix together stuffing mix, butter and broth.
Put on top of chicken.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
