Chicken Chow Mein
Chicken Chow Mein is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. chopped cooked chicken, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen stir-fry vegetables with seasonings, 1/4 c. water, 1/4 tsp. ground ginger and 1/2 c. orange juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In saucepan, put chicken, vegetables with seasonings, water and ginger; cook on medium high until bubbly.
Cover saucepan; turn burner to low.
Cook 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
In a bowl, put orange juice and cornstarch.
Mix into chicken mixture; cook 2 minutes more.
Spoon chicken mixture over the noodles.
Makes 4 servings.
