Chicken Curry Salad
Chicken Curry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. white rice, 2 celery sticks, 1 c. mayonnaise, 2 c. water and 4 boneless chicken breast, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Boil chicken breast in 2 cups boiling water until completely done.
Remove chicken breast and add uncooked rice in the same pot of water.
After rice has cooked, pour into a bowl.
Dice cooked chicken breast, celery and green onion into bowl with rice.
Add curry powder to taste, then stir in mayonnaise.
Refrigerate for about 2 hours or overnight.
