Chicken Enchilada Casserole
Chicken Enchilada Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large bag doritos (taco flavor), 1 chicken (fryer), cooked and deboned, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup and 1 can ro-tel tomatoes, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook, debone and cut up chicken.
Put Doritos in 2 baking dishes.
Pour 3/4 cup chicken broth over chips.
Salt with dash of garlic salt.
Layer chicken over chips.
Top with onions and peppers.
Sprinkle with 1/2 of cheese.
Heat soup and chili powder with 1 1/2 cups broth.
Pour over casserole.
Top with Ro-Tel and cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 45 minutes until cheese melts.
