Chicken Enchilada Casserole
Chicken Enchilada Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large bag tortilla chips, 3 chicken breast halves, 1/2 c. onion, chopped, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Boil chicken.
When thoroughly cooked, shred meat.
Discard bones and skin.
In medium saucepan saute onion in margarine.
Add chicken, soups, chili or salsa and heat through.
In large glass baking dish, layer tortilla chips, chicken mixture and then cheese. Repeat layers.
Put in 350Β° oven and bake until top is slightly boiling and brown.
