Chicken Enchiladas
Chicken Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 chicken, cooked, deboned and cubed, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 pt. sour cream and 1 (8 oz.) can chopped green chilies, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix soups and sour cream together.
Divide in half.
Add chilies, onion, 1/2 the cheese, all the chicken to 1/2 the mixture. Roll mixture in tortillas and place in baking pan.
Cover with remainder of sauce and grated cheese.
Bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
