Chicken Enchiladas
Chicken Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. diced, cooked chicken, 1 large sour cream, 1 large can green chilies, peeled, 2 cans cream of chicken soup and 1/2 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix the filling.
Place a small amount of filling in an 11 x 13-inch pan.
Warm each tortilla, fill, roll up and place in pan. Cover the enchiladas with the remaining filling.
