Chicken Enchiladas
Chicken Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 chicken breasts, boiled, meat removed and cut in chunks, 10 flour tortillas, 1 medium onion, chopped, 10 to 12 oz. cheddar cheese, grated and 2 cans cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat undiluted soup and green chilies in saucepan.
Place cheese, chicken, onion and a spoonful of sauce in a tortilla. Roll up and place in a baking dish.
Repeat with the 9 remaining tortillas.
Pour the remaining sauce over the top.
Sprinkle leftovers on top.
Bake at 400Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
