Chicken Enchiladas
Chicken Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, cubed, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies, 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup and 12 frozen corn tortillas, thawed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix together the chicken, onion, green chilies and soup.
Soak the thawed tortillas in hot water for 3 minutes; drain.
In a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish, place 6 tortillas.
Pour 1/2 the chicken mixture over the tortillas; sprinkle 1/2 of the cheese. Repeat layers.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
