Chicken Enchiladas
Chicken Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 chicken breasts, 8 oz. grated cheddar cheese, 2 medium onions, chopped, 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cube and cook chicken.
In medium saucepan, heat soup (do not add milk or water).
Stir in sour cream; stir until smooth. Reserve 1 cup of mixture.
Fill each tortilla with chicken, cheese, onion and soup mixture.
Roll up and place side-by-side in casserole dish.
Pour reserved soup mixture over top of tortillas. Heat uncovered at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Garnish with guacamole and olives.
