Chicken Enchiladas
Chicken Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with tortilla shells, 16 oz. picante sauce, 1 c. sour cream, 8 oz. cream cheese and 4 chicken breasts, boiled 1/2 hour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix picante sauce and sour cream for sauce topping.
Mix cream cheese, chicken, tomatoes, green pepper, onion and sliced olives together.
Roll chicken mixture into tortilla shells.
Place sauce on top.
Bake in oven for 20 minutes at 350Β°.
Then add cheese to top.
Bake for another 10 minutes.
