Mix first 5 ingredients and heat.
Lay shells in baking dish. Fill with chicken mixture (reserving a little to pour on top) and fold shells once. Pour the reserved chicken mixture on top. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake at 300Β° for 30 minutes.
