Chicken Fajita - Chi Chi Style is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. chicken breasts (boneless and skinless), margarita mix (small bottle of cocktail for two) *, 2 pkg. flour tortillas, 8 oz. sour cream and 16 oz. colby-jack cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Marinate chicken in Margarita mix (has no tequila) for a few hours.
Cook on grill.
Cut into thin strips.
Grill onion and green pepper in margarine.
Add a few drops of Margarita mix. Place some of the ingredients on tortilla, roll up and enjoy! Serve with Spanish rice or Cajun rice.
