Chicken Noodle Casserole
Chicken Noodle Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large frying chicken (at least 3 pounds), 12 oz. pkg. egg noodles, 1/2 cup velveeta cheese, cubed, 1 can cream of chicken soup and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Boil chicken. Remove skin and bones.
Dice chicken.
Cook 1 (12 oz.) pkg. egg noodles in chicken broth.
Combine
Chopped chicken, drained noodles and all other ingredients (except cracker crumbs and butter) and place in large casserole dish.
Top with cracker crumbs mixed with melted butter. Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
