Chicken Noodle Casserole
Chicken Noodle Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 chicken, cut up, 1 pkg. tiny flat noodles, 1 stick margarine, 1 large onion, diced and 3 tbsp. diced green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cover chicken with water and boil until done. Remove chicken. Cool, skin and debone. Reserve broth. Cook noodles in broth (should be a little mushy).
Melt margarine in saucepan and cook onion and green pepper until soft (not brown).
Add undiluted soup.
Pour this over chicken and noodles.
Mix well and pour into casserole. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 375Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
