Chicken Noodle or Rice Soup
Chicken Noodle Or Rice Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. chicken necks or backs, 2 medium onions, chopped fine, 1 half stalk celery, chopped fine, 4 carrots, shredded and chopped fine and 4 tbsp. chicken flavor base, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Clean and wash chicken parts in a cooking pot.
Add the chicken parts to the 1 1/2 gallons of water and let cook until the meat from the bone.
Remove the meat and any bones that are the water.
