Chicken Noodle Soup
Chicken Noodle Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 chicken thighs, 1 small onion, 2 celery stalks, 2 carrots and 3/4 c. cabbage, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Put chicken into large pot of water.
Cut vegetables to desired size; add to soup.
Cook on low heat for 5 to 6 hours. About 1 hour before serving, remove chicken, debone and take off skin, then put meat back into pot.
Then add tomato sauce and barley.
About 20 minutes before serving, add noodles.
