Chicken Noodle Soup
Chicken Noodle Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. cooked chicken, 4 c. water, 4 medium carrots, cut up, 4 medium celery stalks, cut up and 1 tbsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Cook the chicken in 4 cups water until tender.
Debone chicken when cooled.
With 2 cups of the chicken broth, add 2 cups of plain water.
Add deboned chicken, carrots, celery, salt, sugar, pepper and bouillon cubes.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
Add the egg noodles and cook until tender.
