Chicken Noodle Soup
Chicken Noodle Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. cooked chicken, diced, 1 c. chopped celery, 1 c. chopped onion, 1/4 c. margarine and 1 c. diced carrots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
In a large pot, cook celery and onion in margarine until tender.
Add remaining ingredients except noodles and parsley. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes. Remove bay leaf.
Add noodles and parsley.
Cook 10 minutes longer or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.
