Chicken Oriental with Ramen Noodles
Chicken Oriental With Ramen Noodles is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. skinned, boneless chicken breasts, cut in 1-inch pieces and seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic powder, 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetable mix (any variety such as broccoli, carrots and cauliflower), 2 pkg. ramen noodles (chicken flavor) and 2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Brown chicken in 1 tablespoon oil and 1 tablespoon soy sauce. In saucepan, bring water to a boil.
Add Ramen noodles and seasoning packet.
Let stand 1 minute.
Combine vegetables and noodles with browned chicken.
Cook 5 minutes and serve immediately!
