Chicken Ravioli
Chicken Ravioli is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 fryers or 1 hen, 1 small onion, chopped, 2 or 3 celery stalks, chopped, 1 (16 oz.) pkg. noodles and 2 small cans sliced mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cook chicken in large pot.
Reserve liquid.
Remove chicken from bone and set aside.
Add onion, celery, noodles, salt and pepper to chicken broth.
Add additional water, if necessary. When noodles are done, add mushrooms, pimento and cheese.
May need to add more water, however consistency should be thick.
This will feed a crowd.
