Chicken Sour Cream Enchiladas
Chicken Sour Cream Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pt. nonfat sour cream, 1 can healthy request cream of chicken soup, 1 can healthy request cream of mushroom soup, 1 small can diced mild green chilies and 1 pkg. lite flour tortillas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Combine all ingredients except tortillas, chicken and 1/3 cup cheese.
Pour some sauce in bottom of 9 x 13-inch or larger pan. In each tortilla, place chicken cubes and sauce.
Roll up and put in pan seam side down.
When pan is full, pour remaining sauce over top.
Sprinkle with 1/3 cup cheese.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 20 to 30 minutes.
