Chicken Spaghetti Casserole
Chicken Spaghetti Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 fryer or 1 (12 1/2 oz.) can chunk chicken, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. chopped peppers (sweet), 1 can ro-tel tomatoes and 1 medium pkg. spaghetti, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Boil fryer; save broth. Cook spaghetti in broth.
When spaghetti gets soft, drain broth and set aside. Saute onions, celery and peppers in butter until soft. Add mushroom soup, Ro-Tel tomatoes and stewed tomatoes, then add cut chicken and spaghetti. Sprinkle grated cheese over top of dish. Bake in a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish in a 300Β° oven for 30 minutes.
