Chicken Stir-Fry
Chicken Stir-Fry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cooked chicken, cubed, 1 (6.8 oz.) pkg. rice-a-roni, 1 medium onion, 1 medium bell pepper and 1 c. sliced mushrooms (fresh or canned), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saute onion, mushrooms and peppers in oil.
Add chicken and mixed vegetables.
Prepare Rice-A-Roni, following directions on box in step one, then pour into pan with sauteed vegetables and 3 cups of hot water.
Cook until tender (approximately 15 minutes).
