Chicken Stir-Fry
Chicken Stir-Fry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. chicken strips, 1 small onion, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, salt and pepper and 1 lb. bag frozen vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli and carrots), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cut up chicken strips and fry in a small amount of oil.
Add onions, mixed vegetables, salt and pepper to taste.
