Chicken Stir-Fry

Cut all vegetables into chunks.
In a deep frying pan or wok, add oil, chicken and vegetables.
Cook on medium high for 5 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Add oregano, salt, pepper and garlic powder and simmer for 10 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Serve over white rice and enjoy!
