Cut chicken into strips.
Dissolve cube in boiling water. Dissolve cornstarch in soy sauce.
Spray non-stick skillet with vegetable spray.
Quickly brown chicken over high heat, stirring constantly.

Cook until thickened over low heat, stirring to coat vegetables.
