Chicken Stir-Fry is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. water, 1 c. rice, 3 or 4 chicken breasts, 3/4 c. water and 1 or 2 bouillon (chicken), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook rice as directed on package.
Cook chicken and cut into pieces.
Stir-fry veggies (Japanese Birds Eye).
Add 3/4 cup water and bouillon.
Add chicken.
Can be thickened, if you wish.
Serve over rice.
