Chicken Stir Fry
Chicken Stir Fry is an easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breasts, 1/4 c. dales sauce, garlic powder or meat tenderizer and 1 bag mixed vegetables (or fresh), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder and prick chicken with fork.
Marinate in Dales sauce for 15 minutes.
Put in a large fry pan or a stir fry pan and simmer with lid on med/low until tender.
Flip chicken occasionally.
Remove from pan and chop or slice chicken.
Put back in pan and add vegetables.
Sprinkle with garlic powder or chopped garlic and simmer until vegetables are slightly tender.
You may need to add a little more sauce.
