Chicken Stir-Fry
Chicken Stir-Fry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 to 2 c. cooked diced chicken, 1 bag california style frozen vegetables, 1 green pepper, cut into strips, 1 onion, cut into strips and 1/2 cabbage head, cut up, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In skillet, sautΓ© chicken in a little olive oil.
Add vegetables.
Saute about 6 or 7 minutes.
Don't overcook!
