Chile Chicken Burritos
Chile Chicken Burritos is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cubed cooked chicken, 2 tbsp. each, seeded, chopped, canned green chiles and finely chopped green onion, 1 c. shredded jack cheese, 2 tbsp. sour cream and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Lightly mix chicken, green chiles, onions, cheese, sour cream and salt.
Spread about 1/2 down the center of each tortilla, then roll it into a cylinder.
Wrap lightly in a paper towel and heat in the microwave oven 30 to 45 seconds for each burrito until filling is bubbling.
Let stand 1 minute before serving.
