Chili
Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground hamburger, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 garlic clove, chopped, 1 can tomatoes (with liquid) and 1 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook hamburger, onion and garlic in 3-quart saucepan until hamburger is light brown. Drain.
Stir in tomatoes (with liquid), celery, chili powder, sugar and Worcestershire sauce.
Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 1 hour. Stir in beans. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat.
Simmer, uncovered, until desired consistency (1 hour).
