Chili Beer Chicken
Chili Beer Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up, 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper and 6 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Combine flour, salt and pepper.
Dredge chicken in flour to coat.
Melt butter in a skillet.
Add chicken and 1 sliced onion.
Cook until chicken is brown on all sides. Place chicken and cooked onion in a large baking dish.
Combine beer and chili sauce.
Pour over chicken.
Place remaining sliced onion on top of chicken.
Bake 45 minutes.
