Chili Burger Balls
Chili Burger Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. meat loaf mixture (ground beef and pork), 1 egg, 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs, 1/4 c. milk and 2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Mix meat mixture with egg, bread crumbs, milk, salt and paprika until well blended.
Shape into 16 balls.
Brown in oil; remove from pan and pour off drippings.
Stir chili sauce, water, brown sugar and mustard into kettle.
Return meat balls; cover. Simmer, stirring several times, 30 minutes or until meat balls are cooked through.
Serve with mashed potatoes or hot cooked rice or noodles.
