Chili Con Carne
Chili Con Carne is an easy dinner. Made with 2 tsp. olive oil, 1 tbsp. ground cumin, 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder, 1 (2 lb.) jar ragu rich and meaty meat sauce and 1 (16 oz.) can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook cumin and chili powder 30 seconds.
Stir in meat sauce and beans.
Bring to a boil over high heat.
Reduce heat to low and simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Serve, if desired, over hot cooked rice and garnish with Monterey Jack cheese.
