Chili Con Carne
Chili Con Carne is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 tbsp. butter, melted, 1/2 c. onion, chopped, 1 to 2 lb. ground beef, 1 3/4 c. canned tomatoes and 2 c. canned kidney beans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saute the onion in the butter.
Add ground beef and cook until well done.
Add 1 3/4 cups canned tomatoes and some water.
Add the beans, salt, bay leaf, sugar and chili powder.
Cover and cook slowly for about 1 hour.
Serve with tortillas or crackers.
