Chili Con Carne
Chili Con Carne is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean ground beef, 1 large onion or 2 small, chopped, 1 large green pepper, chopped, 1 small can del monte tomato sauce and 1 c. catsup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown meat in oil.
Add salt and pepper.
Add chopped onions and green pepper. Saute a few minutes, stirring with the meat. Add tomato sauce and catsup.
Cook about 35 minutes.
Add kidney beans.
Cook 10 minutes longer.
Serves 4 or more.
