Chili Rellenos Casserole
Chili Rellenos Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans (7 oz.) whole chilies, mild green, 1 lb. shredded cheddar cheese, 1 lb. shredded jack cheese, 1 small can evaporated milk and 1 clove garlic, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Seed and rinse chilies.
Spread 1/2 of the chilies in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Cheddar cheese on top.
Layer the rest of the chilies and then the Jack cheese on top.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Remaining ingredients and fold into stiff egg whites.
Cheese in baking dish.
Bake at 325Β° for 45 minutes.
