Chili Sauce
Chili Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (29 oz.) can whole tomatoes, diced, 1 large green sweet pepper, seeded and diced, 3 jalapeño peppers (seeds and all), diced, 3/4 c. white vinegar and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix all in large pot.
Boil slowly for about 30 minutes, or until onions are cooked (transparent).
If you do not have jalapeño peppers, use 3 long red peppers or 1/4 teaspoon red pepper.
Pour while hot into sterilized jars and seal.
Yields 2 to 3 pints.
Use on cold cuts and scrambled eggs.
