Chili Sauce
Chili Sauce is an impressive soup you can prepare in just 54 minutes. Made with gal. peeled ripe tomatoes, c. ground onions, large bell peppers, ground, hot peppers, ground and button garlic, ground, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Combine all ingredients in large 3 gallon pan; cook until mixture comes to rolling boil.
Turn heat down until sauce is barely boiling and cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Stir often, but sauce must be stirred constantly almost all of the last hour to keep from sticking.
Store in 12 (1/2 pint) Mason jars.
