Chili-Spaghetti
Chili-Spaghetti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage, 1/4 c. chopped onions, 1/4 c. chopped carrots, 1 1/4 c. tomato juice and 1 (8 oz.) can kidney beans, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
In saucepan, brown sausage, onions and carrots until tender. Drain off fat.
Stir in tomato juice, kidney beans, salt, chili powder and pepper.
Place uncooked spaghetti in a 1-quart casserole.
Stir in meat mixture.
Bake at 375Β° about 55 to 60 minutes, stirring twice.
Makes 2 or 3 servings.
