Chinese Fried Rice
Chinese Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, beaten, 2 large onions, chopped, 2 tsp. oil, 1/4 c. soy sauce and 3 stalks celery, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Spray skillet.
Add eggs on low heat without stirring.
Let eggs set.
Break up with fork.
Remove and reserve.
Combine 2 onions and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce; cook and stir until onions are golden brown.
Add remaining ingredients and heat to a boil. Reduce and simmer for 1 minute.
Stir in egg.
Remove, cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
