Chinese Slaw

Remove stalks from cabbage and chop cabbage; wash and refrigerate.
Over low heat, melt butter in pan.
Crush Ramen noodles (discard flavor packets) and add to pan with sesame seeds and slivered almonds; stir often until brown.
Drain on paper towel.
