Chinese Stir-Fry
Chinese Stir-Fry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 head cabbage, chopped into slivers, 4 celery stems, chopped, 1 onion, chopped, 1 pt. mushrooms, sliced and 1 can shu corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Stir-fry all vegetables in 1/2 cup canola oil.
Season with soy sauce and ginger.
Add meat of your choice.
Add cornstarch to thicken.
Stir-fry about 20 minutes.
