Chocolate-Caramel Brownies
Chocolate-Caramel Brownies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (14 oz.) pkg. light caramels, 2/3 c. evaporated milk (5 oz.), 1 german chocolate cake mix, 3/4 c. melted margarine and 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk.
Combine cake mix, butter and 1/3 cup evaporated milk.
Press half of mixture into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan.
Bake 6 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Drizzle with melted caramels.
Crumble remaining 1/2 of cake mixture over the top.
Bake 15 to 18 minutes.
Do not overbake.
Cool 30 minutes in fridge before cutting.
