Chocolate Cheesecake
Chocolate Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs, 6 tbsp. butter, melted, 3 tbsp. sugar, 24 oz. cream cheese and 2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix wafer crumbs, butter and 3 tablespoons sugar together and pat in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Beat cream cheese and 1 1/2 cups sugar together on high until creamy.
Add the vanilla and rum.
Blend well.
Add eggs, one at a time, and the melted chocolate.
After well blended, add the chocolate chips.
Pour over wafer crumb crust.
Bake 40 minutes at 350° until top cracks. Let cool 10 minutes.
Mix sour cream with 1/2 cup sugar and pour over top of cake, covering completely.
Bake 10 minutes at 350°. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Decorate by drizzling chocolate syrup over top.
Garnish with strawberries or raspberries.
